The 3D Designer lets you personalize the product directly in your browser. You can add text, images or other graphic elements and see in real time how your t-shirt will look. It's a simple and intuitive way to create your product exactly the way you want it, before placing the order.

No. The 3D Designer works directly online, in your browser, without installing any additional app. All you need to do is open the dedicated page and start personalizing.

Yes. For many products you can preview the design directly on the platform. In addition, certain virtual try-on features let you see more clearly how the product looks before completing your order.

We recommend checking our Size Guide page before placing your order. There you'll find dimensions in centimeters for men's, women's and kids' products, as well as explanations on how to correctly measure length, chest width and sleeve.

You can pay online by card or cash on delivery, at the courier. Shipping cost varies depending on the selected payment method.

Shipping costs 15 lei for orders paid online by card and 22 lei for cash-on-delivery orders.

We ship orders via FAN Courier, Cargus or Sameday, depending on courier service availability and the delivery area.

Express 24H means that certain selected products can be processed and shipped with priority. These products are clearly marked with the "Express 24H" badge on the site. If you choose such a product, your order is treated with priority and shipped much faster than a standard order.

Products marked Express 24H have a delivery time of approximately 24 hours. For fast processing, the order must be placed within the time window indicated on the site. Products without this label have a standard delivery time of 3–5 business days.

No. Express 24H products cannot be combined in the same order with products that have standard delivery times. If you also want standard products, they must be ordered separately, in another order.

Products not marked with Express 24H have a standard delivery time of 3–5 business days. During busy periods, this may vary slightly.

Yes, eligible products can be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, according to the return policy published on the site. The product must not have been worn or washed and must be in perfect condition.

Personalized products can only be returned if they have manufacturing defects or other issues attributable to the production process.

Before sending the product back, you must write to us at info@tshirt-planet.ro and send us your name, order number, return reason and the IBAN account where you want the refund.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the amount will be refunded to the bank account you provided by email.
