📅 Return period

Products may be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

📦 Return conditions

  • The product must not have been worn
  • The product must not have been washed
  • The product must be in perfect condition
⚠️ Products showing signs of use or washing will NOT be accepted for return.

🎨 Personalized products

Personalized products can NOT be returned, unless they have manufacturing defects.

📧 Return procedure

Before returning, send an email to: info@tshirt-planet.ro with:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Return reason
  • IBAN

💰 Refund

The amount will be refunded to the indicated account after the product has been inspected.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
