The products sold are t-shirts and textile items, including personalized products.

4. Placing orders

Orders can be placed online through the website. By completing the order, the customer confirms that all provided data is correct.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in lei (RON) and include VAT.

Available payment methods:

  • Online card payment
  • Cash on delivery

6. Shipping

Shipping is carried out by courier companies (FAN Courier, Cargus, Sameday).

Delivery times are:

  • 24h for Express products
  • 3–5 business days for standard products

Delays caused by the courier or external factors are not our responsibility.

The customer has the right to return products within 14 calendar days, according to the return policy.

8. Personalized products

Personalized products made at the customer's request cannot be returned, except when they have manufacturing defects.
